GraFit Validation

We are frequently asked whether there exists any validation information for GraFit. For our own internal validation we establish that each build of GraFit performs data analysis to produce a validated result. Unfortunately, for regression analysis there are few (or no) available standards. We have therefore devised our own set for internal testing.  A copy of two test data sets, together with validated output, can be downloaded from the link below. The tests produce identical results when using either GraFit 4.x, 5.x or 6.x.
